The Metal Shop is a full-scale, full-service operation specializing in ductwork fabrication for residential and light commercial use. We opened our doors in 2008, so our team knows just what you need. Sheet Metal is our only business. Our team works in all facets of sheet metal, adhering to supreme standards and on-time delivery and we have the experience to provide all types of HVAC ductwork: Rectangular, round, and even triangular.

We recognize that time is money for every customer. That’s why we use Hypertherm plasma cutters, which are known as the world’s most advanced plasma cutting systems. These systems are trusted for their fast precision-metal cutting and reliability.

Great ductwork starts with great materials. Our minimum thickness is 26-gauge ductwork to ensure the highest quality of construction, and a much quieter product during operation for your customers.

Custom Assembly
We assemble most fittings for you, letting you get right to work on installation. If you prefer, we can also leave them unassembled.
